The Marketing Officer will help drive the Sisig Hooray! brand by planning and executing marketing initiatives that attract customers, strengthen brand presence, and support store performance. This role contributes to building fun, flavorful, and memorable customer experiences—online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that highlight Sisig Hooray!’s products, promos, and brand stories.
• Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement to ensure consistent and lively brand presence.
• Coordinate promo launches, store openings, partnerships, and on-ground activations.
• Monitor marketing metrics, campaign performance, and competitor activities to guide improvements and new ideas.
• Support creation of marketing materials (digital and print), ensuring all outputs are on-brand and aligned with the company’s identity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and external partners to roll out nationwide promotions and events.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints—from branch visuals to online campaigns.
• Assist in photoshoots, content production, and basic graphic design when needed.
• Manage suppliers, budget monitoring, and documentation for marketing-related activities.
