Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating and executing the overall operating strategy of the Meme Launchpad.

2. Plan and drive platform user growth initiatives, including token issuance challenges, leaderboard campaigns, raffles, and creator incentives.

3. Monitor token issuance experiences for both project teams and users, collect feedback, and optimize platform mechanisms and activity workflows.

4. Track on-chain platform metrics (token issuance volume, transaction volume, retention rate, etc.) to develop data-driven growth strategies.

5. Manage social media channels (X, Telegram, Discord) and plan content distribution campaigns.

6. Collaborate with KOLs, media outlets, and community partners to expand platform visibility and engagement.

7. Coordinate with product, marketing, and business development teams to drive the platform’s initial launch and growth.

Requirements

1. Familiarity with Meme launchpad operations (e.g., pump.fun, pupu.fun, Moonshot, Dexscreener’s new token trends).

2. Deep understanding of Meme culture and sensitivity to on-chain trends and traffic patterns.

3. Experience in content operations, event planning, or community management.

4. Knowledge of the Solana ecosystem (or other major blockchains) is a plus.

5. Proficiency with on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Dexscreener, Birdeye, etc.).

6. Good English reading skills to keep up with overseas Web3 developments.

7. Results-oriented mindset with strong execution abilities and innovative thinking.

Bonus

1. Experience in launchpads, Meme projects, exchanges, or community operations teams.

2. Proven track record of planning successful promotional campaigns or case studies for Meme projects.

3. Ability to independently design and implement community growth initiatives.

4. Access to overseas community or KOL resources.
