Role: Marketing Coordinator

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Philippines - Ortigas / Makati / Angeles / Mabalacat / Cebu / Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift


Digital Marketing & Platform Management:

  • Brief & update website and digital content across brand click & collect, website, app, and loyalty programs across value and new product campaigns.
  • Update in-store and delivery menu items and pricing for campaigns and price rises.

Campaign & Content Execution:

  • Support campaign delivery, including administrative coordination, print allocations and information packs for major and secondary campaigns.
  • Assist with briefing, production and rollout of campaign assets across both digital and traditional media channels including but not limited to point of sale, website assets, social media, leaflets and out-of-home artwork.
  • Execute daily social media tasks, including content review and community engagement monitoring.
  • Write and brief content for social media, eDM, SMS and push notifications to support promotion of value and new product campaigns.
  • Maintain campaign files, assets, and project documentation across all Chicken Treat campaigns.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing briefs for campaigns and projects across value, new product and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. studio, marketing team) and manage external agency relationships to implement campaigns.

Workplace Health and Safety:

  • Assist in implementing the Craveable Group’s Health & Safety Policy.
  • Use the Risk Register to identify and assess hazards.
  • Report all work-related hazards, near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible.
  • Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed.
  • Not put other employees, customers, contractors or visitors at risk of injury / illness.
  • Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse equipment or any other item supplied in the workplace.


Qualification and requirements (Non-negotiable):

Essential

  • Previous experience in marketing including campaign coordination
  • High level communication skills – written and verbal
  • Familiarity with websites, eCommerce platforms
  • Experience in creative content development

Desirable

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related fields
  • Exposure to multiple marketing channels (traditional, digital and emerging channels).
