RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare civil and structural engineering drawings in accordance to standards and project requirements

2. Involve in measurement calculation and specification of detail drawings

3. Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software

4. Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team

5. Liaise with the project teams, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.

6. Understand and translate clients need into new design and evaluate design feasibility

7. Prepare technical report and support to internal and external parties.

8. Attend consultant meeting, site meeting, and site inspection

9. Any other relevant and inter-related work scope where and when applicable and necessary

10. Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time

11. Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Architecture (Part I) / Civil & Structure Engineering

2. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Rendering software (e.g. Revit, Google SketchUp, etc.)

3. Able to write and speak in English

4. Good interpersonal skill

5. Able to plan, organise, manage multiple activities

6. Able to perform under pressure

7. Possess driving license

8. Professional and proper etiquette

9. Patient, self-motivated and enthusiastic

10. Attendance/Punctuality - Consistently at work and on time; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time
