The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring proper product display, availability, and promotion in assigned stores. The role focuses on maintaining brand standards, maximizing product visibility, and supporting sales through effective merchandising strategies.

Job Requirements:

• At least High School Graduate (College level preferred)
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork
• Can work with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and arranged according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store personnel for replenishment
• Set up promotional displays and signage as required
• Check product quality, expiration dates, and cleanliness of displays
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and stock movements
• Report out-of-stock items, damaged goods, and competitor activities
• Build and maintain good working relationships with store staff and supervisors
• Follow company policies, store rules, and assigned schedules
• Submit daily or weekly reports to the supervisor or agency
