Responsibilities

• Prior to daily schedule, clarify scheduled and anticipated deliveries
• Pick up, inspect, and sign the packages from the respective location
• Putting extra effort into securing the loading of the packages into the box or vehicle
• Answer the inquiries from receivers regarding the delivery process
• Ensure both signature in all necessary paperwork when it is delivered
• Ensure the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing
• Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance
• Figure out and choose the most effective routes
• Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes
• The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual and reliable
