Job Description
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare molds for production, maintain equipment, and ensure quality control.
- Set up and operate molding machines to produce plastic parts.
- Inspect molded products for quality and accuracy.
- Mix and pour materials according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes and adjust settings as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in mold preparation, attention to detail, and basic machinery operation skills.
- Working Conditions: Requires working in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to chemicals.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, detail-oriented, capable of working in a team, and strong problem-solving skills.
