  1. Responsible for receiving inquiries from users via online customer service tools and addressing users' concerns;
  2. Provide timely feedback on issues occurring in the process, collecting and organizing problems;
  3. Possess strong business acumen, able to understand essential business concepts after training. Financial knowledge and experience are preferred;
  4. Identify obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and facilitate problem-solving and process optimization;
  5. Able to adapt to shift work, including long night shifts.
