• Proficient in both Thai and English (spoken)
• Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literate and familiar with CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required
