负责小红书区域板块运营工作，根据平台属性指定出小红书的运营策略及计划;
- 主要负责品牌单区域运营策划工作;
- 熟悉小红书的流量算法逻辑，收集、研究网络热点话题，结合新媒体特性及公司产品，输出内容;
- 负责小红书号的养号工作，管理手机、日常内容维护、管理、粉丝互动:话题制造等工作;
- 负责小红书店铺日常运营和聚光推广以及数据汇总分析;
Requirements
- 营销策划、广告类、或者相关专业大专及以上学历或1年以上相关经验;
- 具有营销推广、媒介传播的意识，文字功底扎实，语言表达能力强;
- 擅长小红书 新媒体渠道运营;
- 有良好的沟通协作能力，思路清晰，逻辑性强，具备优秀的分析和解决问题能力;
- 能够熟练掌握excel、ppt等办公工具的使用;
- 必须会讲普通话Chinese
