Job Overview:

• We are looking for a Process Excellence Consultant to join our healthcare account. This role focuses on process improvement, quality management, and efficiency optimization in a non-voice BPO setting. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in healthcare (US benefits) and is skilled in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve operational performance.
• Apply Lean methodologies and quality concepts to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide training and guidance on process optimization and best practices.

• Education: College Graduate only (required).
• Experience: At least 3 years in process improvement and quality within a BPO/Call Center healthcare account (US benefits) or a similar environment.
• Preferred: Six Sigma methodologies/certifications.
