• Proven experience in Real Estate Operations, Property Management or in a related field.

• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.

• Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing processes, and tenant laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of real estate activities, ensuring efficient workflows.
• Coordinate with sales and property management teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Manage budgeting and financial tracking for real estate projects.
• Implement marketing strategies to maximize property visibility and sales effectiveness.
• Evaluate property performance and develop operational strategies for improvement.
