Qualifications:

• Strictly a College Graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any tech-related course
• More than 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
• Must have experience handling a Technical Account
• Experience managing both Voice and Non-Voice LOBs
• Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support the team to meet performance metrics and deliver high-quality results for a technical account.
• Oversee daily operations for both voice and non-voice LOBs, ensuring smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement improvement plans to maintain operational excellence.
