Job Requirements:

• Arabic National that currently residing in the Philippines that can speak  English and Tagalog
• Filipino proficient in both Arabic and English (oral and written)
• Open to graduates and undergraduates
• Has a work experience as a Team Leader for 3 to 5 years 
• Having a work experience in Travel Account is an advantage
• Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure performances, quality and client satisfaction are met.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, and IT, and liaise with the HR Team.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of processes and tools.
• Ensure that the team consistently meets quality standards and company policies.
• Implement strategies and maintain service quality to meet customer satisfaction.
