Job Title: Operations Manager


Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a company or specific departments within the organization. They ensure that all operational activities run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. This includes managing teams, optimizing processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and policies to achieve company objectives.

• Oversee and manage the entire operation process, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and implement improvements when necessary.

• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., HR, logistics, sales) to ensure seamless operations.

• Supervise, train, and mentor team members, ensuring they meet performance standards.

• Analyze operational data and provide reports on productivity, quality, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring optimal cost efficiency.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service and product quality standards.

• Resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through innovation and process optimization.


Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Experience in operations planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.

• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.

• Strong understanding of cashless payment systems and their integration into daily operations.

• Analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and improving operational processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations management role.
  • Experience in a trading or logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with cashless payment systems and related technologies.
