We're looking for an Ops Lead for Buildpad. If you're a crypto native passionate about community token access, this is a chance to work with top-tier projects and make a real impact!

Responsibilities:

External Campaign Operations & Execution --

• Handle client liaison operations of campaigns such as community sales or HODL (TVL boost campaigns).
• Plan full timelines and responsibility delegation, with clear instructions and description for each step and requirement.
• Stay on top of all circumstances during sales, including client liaison, timeline management, progress tracking, and crisis management.
• Draft rulebooks and communicate effectively to all stakeholders.
• Assist in drafting copies and marketing narratives.

Partner & Cross-Team Coordination --

• Manage clients and relationships with partner projects, working closely with counterparties.
• Coordinate client feedback with product, tech, marketing, social media, and CS teams.

Qualifications:

• Crypto native with strong understanding of cryptocurrency, onchain transactions, crypto communities and culture; at least 2 years of experience in crypto.
• Experience from large internet companies or crypto projects; at least 3 years total as a project manager.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communicator: fluent in both English and Chinese, strong written skills in both English and Chinese.
• Flexible and adaptable to different types of work.
• Tech know-how, marketing knowledge, or launchpad experience are nice to have.
