• In charge of Strategic Planning related to Cost Areas covering Profit and Loss “line of expense”
• Ensure that the culinary cluster are implementing accurate practices to be handed down to operations
• Participation in creating Memos related to Systems and Procedures
• Ensures Fixed Assets are well tracked and monitored monthly with the intact system in place.
• Presenting monthly P&L calendar in order to present current store financial performance on timely manner
• Ensure that Operations are guided by monthly targets both on sales and cost areas to meet accurate net income
• Monitoring restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
• Establishing long-term business goals and objectives to improve the overall performance of the restaurant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Operation Management, Finance, Accounting or any related fields.
• Master’s Degree is a plus
• At least 3-5 years work experience as Operations Manager, Area Manager or Managerial position
• Handling multiple concept of food industry
• Leadership & Management Skills
• Strong Communication skills and interpersonal
• Strong analytical and decision making-skills
• Financial Acumen: understanding the data of P&L, Budgeting and Cash flow.
