1. System Operation: Monitor and adjust refrigeration machinery, including compressors, pumps, and cooling towers, to maintain proper functioning.
2. Production Monitoring: Oversee the ice-making process, including freezing times, water levels, and ice thickness.
3. Maintenance & Sanitation: Perform daily/weekly inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, and clean the production area.
4. Harvesting: Supervise or perform the harvesting of ice from brine tanks, ensuring compliance with production schedules.
5. Safety Compliance: Monitor for hazards like ammonia leaks, handle materials safely, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
6. Documentation: Record daily operating parameters, including suction pressure, oil levels, and production volume.

Job Requirements

• Single or Married
• Graduate of Refrigeration Short Course, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• With or without experience
• Physically fit and willing to be assigned to any branch
