3. Monitor the implementation of KOL collaboration projects, analyze performance data, and optimize collaboration strategies;

4. Establish long-term partnerships to maintain high engagement between the brand and KOLs.

Content Creativity and Execution:

1. Assist in ideating KOL content to ensure alignment with brand tone and market demand;

2. Drive the release of KOL collaboration content and track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions;

3. Provide localized content recommendations based on European culture and trends to enhance brand communication.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

1. Track and analyze key performance indicators of KOL collaborations (e.g., views, engagement rate, conversion rate);

2. Summarize the effectiveness of various collaboration activities, produce analytical reports, and propose optimization suggestions;

3. Leverage data insights to refine KOL collaboration strategies and improve promotional efficiency.

Cross-Department Collaboration and Optimization:

1. Collaborate with marketing, social media, and other teams to ensure KOL activities align with overall brand marketing strategies;

2. Regularly consolidate project data, produce analytical reports, and support overall brand optimization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of operational experience in the Internet industry;

2. Experience in overseas financial user growth, such as digital currency, brokerage, Hong Kong/US stocks, and funds;

3. Strong innovation and execution capabilities, meticulous and responsible, with a team-oriented mindset.
