【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for the operational management of the OTC channel, including channel onboarding, selection, daily maintenance, and incentive programs;
2. Build and optimize the OTC liquidity mechanism to enhance the efficiency of trade matching;
3. Collaborate with product, risk control, and legal teams to establish channel cooperation standards and daily compliance operational processes;
4. Regularly analyze operational data to formulate strategies that enhance OTC deposit conversion rates, transaction volumes, and user satisfaction;
5. Coordinate regional markets to promote the localization of OTC service deployment;
6. Assist in promoting the launch of activities, developing pricing strategies, handling exceptions, and coordinating related user complaints.
