• Drafts competency-based job descriptions.
• Prepares/revises Table of Organization, Functional Charts, Plantilla and Qualification Standards.
• Participates in the review and revision of Competency Profiles/Dictionary.
• Conducts interviews, studies, researches, surveys, and benchmarking.
• Drafts reports, proposals, and correspondence.
