Job Responsibilities:

Product planning and design: Deeply understand the on-chain derivatives sector; conduct requirements research, feature design, and iteration planning for on-chain derivatives growth products. Align with market trends to develop the product roadmap, implement continuous user growth strategies, and drive long-term user acquisition and retention.
Incentive mechanism design: Collaborate with the R&D team to design and launch core growth features such as agency and broker systems, fee structures, and user incentive programs.
Market research and competitive analysis: Continuously monitor leading DEX derivatives/DeFi projects and provide insights for product innovation.
Cross-team collaboration and execution: Coordinate with R&D, operations, risk control, compliance, BD, and other teams to ensure on-time product delivery and launch.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience in growth product management for derivatives; experience in points systems, agency frameworks, or tokenomics product design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user personas and ecosystems related to perpetual contracts and other financial derivatives.
• Familiarity with DEX/DeFi user acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
