- Perform general repair and maintenance tasks across facilities.
- Fix plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.
- Install fixtures and appliances as needed.
- Respond to service requests and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with management and clients.
- Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Worker, or in a similar role.
- Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Ability to operate power tools and other maintenance equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting and labor-intensive tasks.
- Willing to work flexible hours and respond to urgent requests.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
