Position: Buying Supervisor

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: Php26,000–Php29,000

Work Setup: On-site

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement.

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.

Strong background in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.

Willing to work on-site in Binalonan, Pangasinan.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate purchasing records, contract files, and supplier documentation.

Resolve any issues related to delayed deliveries, pricing discrepancies, or quality concerns.

Prepare regular purchasing reports, cost analyses, and budget updates for management.

Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and internal control standards.

Lead, train, and supervise purchasing staff to achieve departmental goals.
