  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Follow recipes and maintain consistent flavor and presentation.
  • Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a baking environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cake assembly, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requires standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player, strong work ethic, and passion for baking.
