Job Description:

A Payroll Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, and benefits to employees. This role involves supervising payroll staff, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies, and ensuring confidentiality of payroll records.

• Supervise payroll (end to end process)
• Maintaining benefits monitoring
• People management
• Funding management
• Prepare reports & manage organized filing system

Qualifications:

• With at least 1-2 years of working experience as a payroll officer or 1 year experience as a payroll supervisor
• Knowledgeable in mandatory gov't benefits & DOLE guidelines
• Familiarity in bookkeeping
• End to end process of payroll
• Keen into details
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Willing to be assigned in Binondo Manila
