1. Platform Planning and Product Design

• Responsible for the overall planning of the Web3 contract trading platform, developing the product roadmap, and promoting the development of derivatives products such as futures, perpetual contracts, and options.
• Design and optimize core functionalities including the matching engine, margin mechanism, liquidation logic, and funding rates to ensure a stable and efficient trading system.
• Create a professional-grade trading interface, including candlestick charts, depth charts, order books, and isolated/combined margin modes in the interaction design.

2. Demand Analysis and Market Insights

• Conduct in-depth analysis of user trading behaviors, gather and organize user requirements, and continuously iterate on product features.
• Track industry trends and research cutting-edge technologies such as DeFi, Layer 2, cross-chain protocols, and perpetual DEX to explore innovative contract trading models.
• Analyze the functional strategies of competing exchanges (e.g., Binance, Bybit, dYdX) to provide data support for product optimization.

3. Cross-Team Collaboration and Project Advancement

• Collaborate closely with the R&D, design, operations, marketing, and risk control teams to ensure comprehensive management of the product from requirement definition to launch.
• Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user stories, and interactive prototypes to facilitate agile iteration.
• Monitor key trading data such as open interest, open contracts volume, slippage, and trading depth to drive product optimization based on data.

4. Risk Control and Compliance

• Design a reasonable risk control system, including clearing mechanisms, liquidation protection, and abnormal volatility alerts, to reduce risks in extreme market conditions.
• Understand regulatory policies in different regions to ensure the product's compliance on a global scale.

· 3-5 years of experience as a product manager in an exchange, familiar with the crypto derivatives market and its trading logic.

· In-depth understanding of perpetual contracts, futures trading, options pricing, and leverage mechanisms, capable of independently designing complex derivative functions.

· Familiar with matching engines, risk management, settlement systems, and funding rate calculations; candidates with a technical background are preferred.

· Proficient in using product management tools such as Figma, Axure, JIRA, and Notion, with experience in agile development.

· Strong data analysis skills, able to drive product optimization through user behavior analysis and market indicator monitoring.

· Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, adaptable to a global remote collaboration environment.
