Description

  • Manage procurement processes and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Analyze purchase requests .
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize purchasing strategies.
  • Generate reports on purchasing activities.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and analytical thinking.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage supplier relationships, and analyze purchasing trends.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with potential travel to supplier locations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
