MAJOR FUNCTIONS

1. Maintains real-time, accurate, and complete records of all inventory transactions; performs a physical count of inventory and reconciles actual count of inventory to system count.
2. Encodes, verifies, and ensures correct completion of inventory transactions in a timely manner such as ILT, PO Receive and updating of PPIC Report.
3. Receives/releases materials from/to Production Specialist based on printed ILT.
4. Creates and ensures batch tagging of all materials received from suppliers or excess materials returned by the Production Specialist.
5. Provides Daily Inventory Report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
6. Monitors products expiration dates and ensure the “First Expiry First Out” practice. Analyzes materials’ aging and reports any identified difficulties that will arise to the Warehouse Supervisor.
7. Ensures good quality of materials by monitoring the handling practice of his/her subordinates and maintaining good storage conditions.
8. Accountable for the strict implementation of Good Warehouse Practice.
9. Ensures proper and safe storage of products by evaluating storage mapping based on the most efficient method.
10. Identifies, handles, and reports damaged materials to Warehouse Supervisor on a timely manner and ensures resolution to avoid wastages.
11. Supervises Stock Custodian and Helper to meet daily goals.
12. Actively participates in the Inventory Audit activities.
13. Performs tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College degree of any field.
• At least one (1) year of related work experience is required for this position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.
• Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong customer service orientation.
