Job description:

• College graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• With or without experience, but having experience is an advantage.
• Type reports, memoranda and letters related to the activities of the Procurement Department.
• Receives all Purchase Requisition slips and indicate date and time of receipt.
• Responsible for expediting the delivery of purchased products and services covered by purchase requisitions of orders for goods and services covered with customer order (CO).
• Prepares Payment Advice Slip (PAS).
• Monitor incomplete deliveries or undelivered items in PO, in reconciliation with Good Receiving Note (GRN), and follow up from suppliers and subcontractors until deliveries are completed or a PO is closed.
