Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in business administration, supply chain, logistics, statistics
- With at least 1 to 2 years of experience as Product Manager
- With leadership experience
- With experience working experience in Distributor Company
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify market opportunities through customer research, data analysis, and competitive analysis
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings within distribution channels
- Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, margins, and volume
