Product Manager (Web3 Finance)

1. Conduct market and demand research, collect community feedback; analyze competitors, focus on the functionalities and performance data of similar protocols, and clarify product positioning;

2. Design product features and build models, plan token economic models and incentive mechanisms to ensure liquidity and user participation within the protocol; write requirement documents (PRD), create product prototypes, and ensure clear functional guidance for development;

3. Advance product development schedules, coordinate teams in technology, design, operations, and marketing, ensuring products are launched on time and at high quality;

4. Manage the entire product lifecycle, establish core data metrics, and monitor product operational data; regularly produce data analysis reports to guide product optimization directions;

5. Continuously improve product features and strategies based on market changes, user feedback, and community proposals. Rapidly respond to new trends in the Defi space (e.g., new yield strategies) and implement them in product iterations.
