【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for requirement management, research and analysis of business backend products, formulating product planning, designing specific product features, and continuously optimizing product experience to create high-quality product prototypes and requirement documents;

2. Communicate product requirements with developers, assist testers in organizing test cases, and coordinate and promote collaboration with upstream and downstream teams to achieve quality and quantity objectives;

3. Write clear functional specifications and project plans, providing the development team with clear product documentation;

4. Coordinate and communicate across departments during the project advancement process based on the products for which you are responsible, ensuring timely completion and high-quality launch of products;

5. Gather feedback suggestions from other departments, analyze user feedback, and continuously improve the product; responsible for tracking and evaluating product effectiveness, engaging deeply with customers, and iterating on the product consistently.
