Job Responsibilities Global Platform and Compliance Product Implementation • Design and manage the product framework for the cryptocurrency exchange’s global platform. • Monitor laws, regulations, and regulatory developments in key markets (e.g., Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Australia) related to cryptocurrencies, anti-money laundering, and related areas. • Translate compliance requirements into specific product features; lead the planning and design of localized KYC, trading restrictions, asset compliance review, tax tools, and other functions. • Collaborate with Legal, Risk Control, and other departments to ensure product solutions meet regulatory requirements from inception; oversee the full lifecycle management of related features. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Product Delivery • Work with UI/UX, Development, QA, and Operations teams to ensure efficient implementation of compliance requirements. • Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure product launches and promotions comply with local regulations and support global business growth. • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure accurate communication and efficient execution across teams. Qualifications Basic Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Law, International Economics, or a related field. • At least 5 years of product management experience in the Internet or fintech sectors, including a minimum of 3 years focused on financial, payment, or cryptocurrency compliance products or overseas markets. • Familiarity with global cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks and key regulations such as MiCA and VASP. • Strong logical thinking, excellent skills in requirements translation, project management, and cross-cultural communication; English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.
