Description
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of production lines.
- Maintain quality standards by inspecting products during the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, process improvement, team player
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to operate machinery and adhere to safety regulations
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a factory environment, standing for long periods
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated
