- Responsible in the preparation, generation and dissemination of weekly plan to production units/sections;
- Assigned in the discussion of the Weekly and Semi Weekly plan to all senior technician and production units;
- Keenly monitor production daily output and ensures that assigned production target are achieved;
- Responsible in checking and monitoring daily efficiency in production;
- Recommend and execute action plans to lessen gap of losses which affects production output and performance
