Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Must be an Industrial Engineering graduate or any course but with the required work experience.
  • Must have at least 3 years of work experience in the same capacity and /or in the same industry, in at least a Supervisory capacity.
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of production planning and control and the ability to do multi-task and adapt a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the following skills, abilities and attributes: good oral and written communication, organization; with high sense of confidentiality and anticipation, high level of trustworthiness and integrity, customer-service oriented, resourceful, creative and analytical.
  • Must be familiar with ERP, Microsoft Office and other system applications


Job Descriptions:

A. Administrative Management

Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization.

• Review production schedules generated by production planners

• Review Job Order (JO) breakdown of product components, glass order Material Resource Plan (MRP), online doable quantity based available materials generated by planners.

• Coordinate with production team to expedite operation and discuss production status.

• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager the updated list of materials, monitoring of shipment and delivery of critical materials.

• Coordinate with sales team for rush orders, critical orders, mockups, advance copies of incoming projects and delivery negotiations

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for process Sales Order (SO) status, sales order monitoring, critical and major project concerns.

• Attend meeting with the following departments: Sales, Interior Design Group (IDG), Delivery, Production, Project Management Group (PMG) and the Warehouse, if needed

• Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables


B. Performance Management

  • Provide feedback, mentoring and coaching to subordinates
  • Conduct performance evaluation in a timely manner


C. System Compliance

  • Comply with the company policies and implement program standards.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
