The Production Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machines and equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes while meeting quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate or vocational course graduate
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Willing to work in shifting schedules and overtime if needed
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Can follow instructions and work well in a team
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines as needed
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Report machine malfunctions, defects, or production issues to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area
• Follow safety rules, company policies, and proper use of PPE
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Assist in minor machine maintenance and repairs
• Complete production reports and required documentation
