Description
- Ensures the implementation of FSMS (IMS) in the factory.
- Supervise the production floor, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Responsible for teaching, training and constant guidance of the factory workers in the correct manufacturing (processing, filling/packing) procedures.
- Develops ways of improving line efficiency and/or lowering production costs.
- Conducts team briefing to inform his subordinates on shift programs and instructions, developments and problems encountered.
Requirements
- College Graduate of Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
- At least 2 years work experience in a Food Manufacturing company
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and willing to be trained
