- Analyze and improve program performance through data collection and reporting.

- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in IT, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in program management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in IT project management, data management, Agile methodologies, and effective communication.
- Working Conditions: Generally office-based with occasional remote work possibilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
