QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering/any related course
• Knowledgeable in 3D SketchUp or similar 3D design tools.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings or plans
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
• Willing to work onsite and coordinate with different departments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end operational projects.
• Allocate time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor daily progress project operations from planning, production, deployment, up to installation and completion.
• Develop detailed project plans with goals, milestones, and timelines.
• Compute required materials and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for approval.
• Organize and prepare files for Supply Chain endorsement.
• Create and maintain MOC, DTT, and installation checklists.
• Compile PowerPoint reports for project updates and presentations.
• Act as the main contact for customers and stakeholders, handling inquiries and concerns.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and internal partners.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
• Perform other related tasks or special assignments as may be assigned by the Immediate Head or Manager
