Job Description
岗位职责：
1、负责web3合约交易产品的整体运营策略与执行；
2、制定并落地用户增长、交易深度、活跃度提升方案；
3、监控核心指标（交易量、活跃用户、资金流入/流出），定期复盘；
4、研究竞品，制定差异化市场策略；
5、协调团队（市场、技术、客服、风控），推动合约业务的增长。
任职要求：
1、熟悉交易所业务，至少2年合约/现货产品运营经验；
2、有衍生品运营、风控、或量化交易资源者优先；
3、数据驱动，能独立制定并优化运营计划；
4、中英文流利，会马来语更佳。
薪资：3000-4000usd
