The Project-In-Charge (PIC) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction or engineering projects. This role ensures that all project activities are carried out efficiently, within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• At least 3 - 5 years experience as Project-in-charge or in construction industry
• Familiarity with contract management, cost control, scheduling, and resource allocation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed project plan including work breakdown structures and schedules.
• Ensure availability and proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure the project meets required standards, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Identify potential risks or delays and create contingency plans.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections.
