Coordinate with product managers, development, QA, operations, risk control, legal/compliance, marketing, and other teams.

Track dependent tasks (e.g., wallet–risk control interfaces, matching engine–options system integration).

Resolve resource conflicts to ensure the mainline project remains unimpeded.

Schedule and risk control:

Identify and monitor project risks in a timely manner: technical challenges, compliance issues, market changes.

Maintain a risk register and contingency plans (e.g., rebate system abuse → freeze strategy/risk control switch).

Organize regular meetings (weekly reviews, milestone retrospectives) to drive issue closure.

Quality and delivery management:

Oversee code testing, performance testing, and risk control stress tests to ensure launch stability.

Establish acceptance criteria (Definition of Done): not only go-live but also meeting target metrics.

Collaborate with risk control and security teams to ensure no critical vulnerabilities at launch.

Documentation and process management:

Create and maintain project documentation (requirements, schedules, release notes, launch guides).

Optimize development processes (Agile Scrum/Kanban + DevOps + automated testing/CI).

Communication and decision support:

Report project progress, risks, and resource needs to senior management.

Provide decision-making recommendations when strategic priorities conflict.

Conduct cross-team briefings at key milestones (e.g., options launch, rebate policy adjustments).

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering complex systems (payments, trading, financial contracts, risk control systems).

Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools such as Jira, Zentao, or Confluence.

Over 5 years of project management experience in Internet, FinTech, or trading platforms.

Understanding of exchange architecture (matching engine, risk control modules, wallet systems, rebate systems).
