Project Management Manager

Role Overview

The Project Management Manager leads and oversees the organization’s project management function, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with business goals. The role provides leadership to project managers, establishes best practices, and drives continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers
• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects
• Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project priorities and objectives
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting basic salary: Php 48,000–50,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Rice allowance: Php 1,500 per month
• Transportation allowance: Php 150 per working day
