- Ensure tasks are completed on time, meet specifications, and align with project plans and budget.
- Supervise on-site manpower and collaborate with the Foreman to monitor worker productivity.
- Coordinate project schedules and work sequences.
- Report site concerns to the head office.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates.
- Ensure all installations meet the required quality standards.
- Track material inventory and coordinate with the Foreman to manage the budget and prepare inventory reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Supervise installers for the installation of flooring
