Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer, with at least one year experience in handling construction activities in Manufacturing Industry. He/She should have experience in dealing with PEZA, DOLE, BFP and other government agencies with regard to building requirements and permits. Must be knowledgeable in Construction Building Code. Must have COSH certification.

Responsibilities

• Reviews building or construction plan and schedules
• Coordinates with contractor and its lead personnel or staff
• Oversees the activities with regard to the plan and schedule
• Reviews construction progress according to plan
• Meets with contractor's lead staff or project manager to discuss concerns
• Prepares and submits project report to FSCT and superior

Job Requirements

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least one year of experience in handling construction activities in Manufacturing Industry
• Experience in dealing with PEZA, DOLE, BFP and other government agencies with regard to requirements and permits
• Knowledgeable in Building Code
• With COSH certification
• Knowledgeable in CAD
