Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project In-Charge to oversee and manage high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise construction activities for high-rise projects.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and control expenditures.
• Allocate and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead and motivate the construction team, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project risks and challenges promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in high-rise construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
