Job Summary:

The On-Premise Specialist is responsible for managing and growing Tekila 888 Inc. presence in the on-premise channel, which includes modern on-trade bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, and other on-premise venues. This position plays a critical role in promoting, selling, and merchandising Tekila 888 Inc. portfolio of premium to ultra-premium tequilas, ensuring excellent customer relationship, brand visibility, product knowledge, and activation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share within the on-premise channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including modern on-trade bars, restaurants, hotels, and other key on-premise venues.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's footprint in the on-premise market.
• Drive brand awareness and sales growth by introducing and positioning new products to the on-premise channel.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Account Management:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing on-premise accounts, ensuring regular communication and support. Provide product training and education to bartenders, managers, and other on-premise staff to ensure excellent service and accurate product knowledge.
• Coordinate and execute promotions, tastings, and special events to increase brand visibility and product trial.
• Monitor and analyze account performance, customer preferences, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Ensure product availability and delivery, and resolve any issues related to stock, pricing, or service.
