Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tour
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements
• Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and closing documents
• Develop marketing strategies for property listings (online, print, social media)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or real estate preferred
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and real estate platforms
